| In order to use
the File Upload tool in Image Gallery Pro, the proper
permissions must be set on the data folder so the ASPNET account
can write files to that folder.
If you purchased the Access
version of Image Gallery Pro, you must also set these same
permissions on the /database/ folder.
- From the web server, find
the physical folder where you installed Image Gallery Pro and
then select the /data/ folder.
- Right-Click the folder and
select Properties.
- Click the security folder.
- Find the ASPNET
account, select the Account then give them WRITE permissions
in addition to the default permissions.
- Repeat the same process on
the Database folder if you are using the Microsoft Access
version of Image Gallery Pro.
Note: Many servers use
an Account called "Users" and you may need to assign that
account the same permissions as well.
